What You’ll Be Doing...

As a Software Developer, You’ll be working with multiple software engineering teams internally and externally to design and develop complex software architecture for CXP platform. This single, scalable system enables our customers to access one of the largest globally integrated networks. Your work will help us to stay at the forefront of technology and positively impact the customer experience.

• Designing, developing, and testing efficient and reusable Java code using Spring Boot framework.
• Participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment and maintenance.
• Writing clean, well-documented, and testable code.
• Collaborating with other developers, testers, and stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of software solutions.
• Troubleshooting and debuging software issues, providing timely resolutions.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Reactive development.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of our development processes and best practices.

You'll Need To Have

• Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of work experience.
• One or more years of work experience in software development using Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
• Experience with relational / non relational databases.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
• Experience working in Agile/SAFe teams.
• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks.
• Collaboration skills to manage the peers, partners and other stakeholders.
