We are looking for a talented and passionate Social Media Marketing & Lead Generation Executive to boost our online presence, grow our audience, and generate quality leads for both our photography services and photography school programs.
Job Summary:
- The Social Media Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, running targeted ad campaigns, and generating qualified leads for the RVR PRO Photography team and RVR School of Photography.
- This role requires creativity, strong marketing skills, and a deep understanding of digital trends in the photography and creative industry.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Strategy & Management
- Develop and execute social media strategies for RVR PRO and RVR School of Photography.
- Create engaging content: reels, behind-the-scenes videos, shoots, student activities, project highlights, promotions, and success stories.
- Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
- Maintain brand consistency in tone, style, and aesthetics.
- Engage with followers, respond to messages, and build a strong online community.
2. Content Creation
- Plan and execute creative content calendars for both brands.
- Coordinate with the photography team to capture high-quality visuals for social media.
- Write compelling captions, ad copy, and promotional messaging.
- Edit basic videos/reels and design creatives (using Canva or similar tools).
3. Lead Generation & Advertising
- Run paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Instagram promotions) to generate inquiries for:
- Photography services (weddings, pre-weddings, portraits, events, etc.)
- Photography courses and workshops
- Build lead funnels, landing pages, and offer-based campaigns.
- Track incoming leads and ensure timely follow-up with the sales/admission teams.
- Measure performance and optimize lead cost and quality.
4. Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor platform insights, campaign performance, and engagement metrics.
- Provide weekly/monthly reports on lead generation and social media growth.
- Suggest improvements for better ROI and brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- 1–3+ years of experience in social media marketing and lead generation.
- Experience in photography, creative industries, or education marketing is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube algorithms & trends.
- Knowledge of paid ads and CRM follow-up systems.
- Basic design and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.).
- Excellent communication & storytelling skills.
