Selected Intern's Day-to-Day Responsibilities At Travaa Wellness Spa
Social Media & Content Creation
Assist in creating engaging social media posts, stories, and reels for Instagram and other platforms.
Capture and edit photos/videos of spa treatments, ambience, and events.
Coordinate with the design/marketing team for posters, offers, and campaign ideas.
Client Experience & Front Desk Support
Welcome and assist clients with appointments, service details, and membership queries.
Maintain a warm, professional, and luxurious customer service environment.
Collect client feedback and ensure a seamless experience from entry to exit.
Brand Promotion & Marketing
Support in executing local marketing activities (college tie-ups, influencer invites, nearby promotions).
Help in planning wellness workshops, festive offers, and special campaigns.
Maintain and update CRM data for client follow-ups and memberships.
Operations & Coordination
Assist in day-to-day spa operations, including scheduling, stock checks, and coordination with therapists.
Ensure neat presentation of treatment rooms and lounge areas as per brand standards.
Support the manager in preparing daily MIS or sales reports when needed.
Learning & Development
Gain hands-on exposure to luxury wellness management, client relations, and digital marketing.
Learn about service design, hospitality etiquette, and spa industry operations.
Participate in weekly review sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance customer engagement.
