Job Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to text, images, videos, infographics, and other multimedia formats. Ensure content adheres to brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.
- Social Media Management: Monitor and manageall company social media accounts, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms. Regularly post updates, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the community to foster positive interactions.
- Paid Advertising: Implement and oversee social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, ad copy creation, targeting, and performance tracking. Optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights to maximize ROI.
- Social Media Influencer Collaboration: Identify and build relationships with relevant social media influencers and brand advocates. Collaborate on sponsored content and partnership opportunities to expand brand reach and credibility.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media performance metrics and generate regular reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
- Stay Updated on Trends: Stay abreast of social media industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices. Introduce innovative ideas and technologies to enhance the company's social media presence.
- Crisis Management: Actively monitor socialmedia conversations and address any negative comments or issues promptly and professionally. Handle crisis situations with tact and sensitivity, working collaboratively with relevant teams.
