Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Plan and manage content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube aligned to campaigns, seasonality, and brand tone.
• Oversee creative production, including reels, carousels, and UGC to showcase purity, farmer connect, and health value.
• Engage actively with the community via comments, DMs, polls, contests, and feature loyal customers to build trust.
• Run micro-influencer collaborations with moms, health creators, and food bloggers to build credibility and reach.
• Track platform analytics weekly (reach, engagement, shares) and refine strategy based on performance.
• Support performance marketing and CRM campaigns with organic amplification and timely stories/posts.
• Stay on top of trends and competitor content, suggesting new formats like farmer diaries, quick recipes, or purity stories.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth, Call Center, CRM, and Product teams to align messaging and customer insight loops.
