Role Overview:

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to take full ownership of all social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and emerging platforms. The candidate will be responsible for increasing developing new brand identity, brand awareness, engagement, follower growth, and driving conversions through strategic content and campaigns.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute a content calendar aligned with brand campaigns, seasonal trends, and business objectives.
  • Lead the creation of high-quality visuals, reels, stories, and long-form content.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
  • Collaborate with the design and influencer marketing teams for compelling creatives.

2. Community Engagement & Growth

  • Actively engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and brand mentions.
  • Implement strategies to increase audience engagement and build a loyal community.
  • Monitor user-generated content and leverage it for brand credibility.

3. Performance Analytics & Optimization

  • Track, analyze, and report social media performance using analytics tools.
  • Optimize strategies based on data insights to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Conduct A/B testing for content formats and posting times.

4. Campaign Management & Trend Spotting

  • Plan and execute paid and organic campaigns to boost brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Identify and leverage viral trends, hashtags, and challenges relevant to the travel industry.
  • Work with the PPC team to align paid social strategies.

5. Influencer & Collaboration Management

  • Identify and ask the Outreach team to collaborate with influencers and brand advocates for campaigns.
  • Manage team to maintain relationships with travel bloggers and content creators for partnerships.

6. Brand Reputation & Crisis Management

  • Monitor online conversations and brand sentiment.
  • Address negative feedback professionally and ensure brand credibility remains intact.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Engagement Rate: Achieve a minimum 5-7% engagement rate across platforms.
  • Follower Growth: Increase organic followers by 15-20% per quarter.
  • Content Performance: At least 3 viral posts/reels per month with high reach & shares.
  • Community Response Time: Maintain an average response time of less than 2 hours.
  • Lead Generation: Drive increase in website clicks and direct inquiries from social platforms.
  • UGC Contribution: Generate at least 20% of monthly content from user-generated posts.

Who You Are:

  • 2-4 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in hospitality, travel, or lifestyle brands as a Manager.
  • Strong understanding of different social media platforms and their algorithms.
  • Proficiency in content creation, video editing, and social media tools (Canva, Meta Suite, etc.).
  • Data-driven mindset with an ability to interpret analytics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Excellent communication skills, creative thinking, and a proactive approach with a passion to Travel.
