Social Media Handler And E-Commerce Executive in Jaipur

We are a women-led, homegrown Indian jewellery brand known for our handcrafted silver and gold vermeil pieces, featuring natural gemstones. Over the past few years, we've built a strong community through Instagram and Etsy- connecting with clients across India and globally. We’re looking to build a mindful and motivated team that values trust, creativity, and consistency. We’re hiring a dependable, creative assistant who can help manage client conversations, support with content, and keep our online platforms running smoothly. This is a part-time, remote role perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with customers, organising content, and understands basic e-commerce, or is open to learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Instagram:
• Respond to client DMs & comments (with product info, price, customization)
• Share story reviews, handle feedback queries
• Assist in daily engagement (commenting, liking on similar pages)
• Shopify + Etsy (E-commerce):
• Upload/edit products (images, titles, descriptions)
• Improve SEO with keywords, tags, and enriched product titles
• Keep homepage & collection pages updated
• Update existing listings as per season/sales/events
• Ensure products are consistently uploaded across Shopify and Etsy
• Content support:
• Help organize and repurpose existing posts/reels
• Maintain a simple content calendar
• Coordinate with our graphic designer (when required)
