Social Media Executive

We’re looking for a Social Media Executive to support day-to-day content execution and management of smoothmix’s social media presence.

This is a hands-on role focused on executing content, maintaining systems, and keeping our social channels organised, consistent, and active. You’ll work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to bring planned ideas to life.

What you’ll do

• Execute the content calendar across Stories, Reels, and Posts
• Create and maintain engagement-focused Story formats and idea banks
• Publish content using internal SOPs and checklists
• Track daily performance metrics and update content trackers
• Manage DMs, comments, and community engagement
• Support shoot planning (scripts, shot lists, props, BTS)
• Maintain content banks and reference libraries
• Assist with basic design/content coordination when required
• Share weekly highlights, learnings, and performance insights
