Job Purpose/ Summary
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Professional with strong hands-on expertise in payroll processing, bank uploads, and flexi benefit payments. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy, compliance, and smooth payroll operations across entities while driving process continuity and operational stability.

Job Description
Administer payroll for 2000–3000 employees across multiple locations.
Handle banking transactions related to payroll and coordinate with finance teams.
Manage Sodexo card issuance, recharge, and reconciliation.
Oversee Corporate NPS contributions and compliance.
Maintain payroll records and generate reports for audits and statutory filings.
Collaborate with HR, IT, and Finance for data accuracy and system improvements.
Address employee queries related to payroll, taxation, and benefits.
Principal Accountabilities
End-to-end payroll processing for monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles. Manage salary inputs, deductions, reimbursements, and flexi benefit components. Handle bank uploads for salary disbursement and ensure reconciliation accuracy. Validate payroll outputs and coordinate with internal audit and finance teams. Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Income Tax, etc... Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, and IT. for payroll data integrity. Support audits, internal reviews, and employee queries related to payroll. Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
