Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks using C# or Java with Selenium.
  • Focus on implementing and enhancing UI Automation solutions for web applications.
  • Collaborate closely with development and product teams to understand requirements and design effective test strategies.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects, working with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Execute automated test suites, analyze results, and generate comprehensive test reports.
  • Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and coverage.
  • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, ensuring quality is embedded from the start.
  • Contribute to the overall quality culture within the team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of strong experience in Automation testing.
  • Proficiency in a programming language, specifically C# or Java, coupled with hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver.
  • Core expertise in UI Automation for web-based applications.
  • Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience with test management tools and bug tracking systems.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
  • Good and clear communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex technical issues clearly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
