- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement operational excellence strategies.
- Mentor and train team members on Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
- Analyze data to drive decision-making and process enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Experience Required:
- 8 - 12 years of experience in leading end-to-end Six Sigma DMAIC and DFSS projects.
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional improvement initiatives delivering measurable productivity gains.
- Solid background in Lean practices, statistical analysis, and process diagnostics for large-scale manufacturing environments.
Education: B.Tech M.Tech (Dual), B.E., B.Tech.
