Site Engineer

We are looking for a dedicated Site Engineer / Site Supervisor to oversee the construction of premium builder floors in Sonipat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for day-to-day site management, coordination with contractors, verifying work execution, and ensuring quality and adherence to drawings and contracts.

You will work closely with our Project Management Consultant (PMC), architectural firm, and storekeeper to ensure seamless project execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily site activities and report progress to management and PMC.
• Ensure contractors understand and execute work strictly as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Verify that all contractors work within their defined scope and contractual obligations.
• Check material requests raised by contractors to ensure alignment with their scope.
• Coordinate with the site storekeeper for material receipts, stock, and usage.
• Verify measurements of executed works and perform first-level checking of contractor bills.
• Maintain daily records of manpower, progress, and site photographs.
• Coordinate with the architect and PMC for resolving site queries and drawing clarifications.
• Ensure overall quality, safety, and adherence to timelines at site.

Qualifications

• Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred).
• Experience: 4–8 years in residential or villa-type construction projects.
• Strong ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and services drawings.
• Experience in supervising multiple finishing contractors (civil, plumbing, electrical, interiors, etc.).
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and WhatsApp/email-based reporting.
