Job Overview

We are seeking a Site Engineer with a minimum of 1 year of experience as a site supervisor. This position requires overseeing site operations, understanding client requirements, and facilitating communication between clients and our team. Candidates must hold a B.Tech in Civil Engineering and have excellent communication skills. The role is based in multiple locations, including Delhi NCR (Dwarka), Jammu, Hisar, Hyderabad, Panipat, Rohtak, and Karnal. Salary ranges from 30k to 45k, negotiable depending on the interview.

Qualifications And Skills

• B.Tech (Civil) required
• Minimum of 1 year of site supervisor experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask and maintain a pleasant personality
• Self-motivated, energetic, and a team player
• Open to relocate
• Must have own vehicle for commuting
  
  

Roles And Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the site
• Understand client requirements and act as a liaison between clients and departments within the organization
• Visit prospective clients on-site to understand their needs and site dimensions
• Explain technical requirements to team members
• Motivate and implement quality performance
• Set project goals and oversee projects to completion
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding implementation queries
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors
• Lead coordination from concept to final design stage
  
  

Additional Information

Weekly off on Wednesday and a 6-day working schedule.
