We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Civil Engineer to join our team at Kahlon Infra LLP. As a Site Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with the project specifications and timelines.

Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in site civil engineering
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
• Proficient in using construction software and tools
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to changing project requirements
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Roles And Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth execution of construction projects
• Prepare and review project drawings, blueprints, and specifications
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards
• Monitor and track project progress, and provide timely updates to the project manager
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, site photos, and progress reports
• Collaborate with the project team to identify and implement cost-saving measures
• Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team
• Ensure adherence to all relevant building codes and regulations
