Site Civil Engineer - Junior Level

Qualifications And Skills

  • Civil Engineering degree or relevant field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of construction management and site supervision
  • Proficiency in structural analysis and project planning
  • Experience in quality control processes
  • Proficient in AutoCAD for design and drafting
  • Excellent problem-solving skills

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all site activities and ensure compliance with specifications and regulations
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to plan and execute projects
  • Perform structural analysis and design to ensure the integrity of structures
  • Create project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to meet deadlines
  • Implement quality control measures to achieve high standards of workmanship
  • Utilize AutoCAD for design work and maintain accurate documentation
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during construction
