- Site Supervision: Ability to effectively oversee and manage construction site activities
- Structural Engineering: Proficiency in analyzing and designing structures that support or resist loads
- Project Management: Strong skills in planning, executing, and closing projects while managing the team
- AutoCAD: Competency in using AutoCAD software for drafting designs and floor plans
- Quality Control: Knowledge in inspecting and verifying materials and construction work to ensure standards are met
- Conduct site inspections and assess the conditions to move forward with construction projects
- Oversee daily operations at the construction site to ensure work is progressing according to plan
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure project milestones are achieved
- Interpret and review project drawings and specifications to provide clear guidance to the construction team
- Implement risk management strategies to identify and mitigate project risks
- Maintain quality control procedures to ensure high standards are met throughout the construction process
- Use AutoCAD for drafting and verifying project designs and plans
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on project progress and site activities
