Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Civil Site Engineer with 4-6 years of experience
- Expertise in civil engineering, site engineering, and BOM management
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to handle manpower effectively on-site
- Knowledge of road, railway, and bridge construction processes
- Manage civil site engineering activities for projects in Madurai
- Coordinate and oversee construction works on-site
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Prepare and manage Bill Of Materials (BOM) for projects
- Supervise and handle on-site manpower efficiently
- Lead project management tasks for road, railway, and bridge projects
- Civil bridge construction, and other civil construction in railways
- candidates need to prepare Bill of materials, need to prepare construction quantities
- Candidates need manage man power, petty cash,materails in site
