Job Title: Shift Incharge - Jr Engineer

Job Description:
The Shift Incharge - Jr Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the production shift, ensuring that all activities run smoothly and efficiently. The individual will supervise a team of operators and ensure that all production targets are met while adhering to safety and quality standards. The role involves monitoring equipment performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that maintenance activities are carried out as scheduled. The Shift Incharge will also be responsible for preparing shift reports, conducting training sessions for new employees, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production operations during the assigned shift.
- Monitor equipment and process parameters to ensure optimal performance.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for any repairs and maintenance activities.
- Lead and motivate a team of operators, providing guidance and support.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain accurate shift reports documenting production performance.
- Identify areas for process improvement and assist in implementing solutions.
- Conduct training for new hires on operational procedures and safety protocols.
