What You'll Do

  • Activities based on knowledge and experience in own discipline
  • Continues to build knowledge of the organization & processes
  • Uses guidelines or policies to analyze and resolve a range of mainly straightforward problems
  • Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction
  • Typically follows prescribed guidelines or procedures to resolve problems
  • Has working knowledge of basic concepts and procedures
  • Performs a variety of routine tasks or assignments
  • May train new team members and provide input to employee performance evaluations
  • Works with a moderate level of guidance

What You'll Need

  • Experience between 3-7 years
  • System integration experience using web services and other web based technologies JavaScript, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP
  • Experience in one or more JavaScript frameworks like Angular JS, jQuery, Node.js and Apache Jelly or React
  • Experience with the development and implementation of Service Portal, ServiceNow CSM and ITSM modules - Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change
  • Exposure to ServiceNow platform capabilities and tools like Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping and Orchestration and other applications like SecOps, Asset Management etc.
  • Knowledge of ITIL
