Salary : 15,000 to 20,000
The Service Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating daily maintenance and service activities at the Garden City (All other projects) site. The role focuses on resolving client complaints promptly, maintaining service records, managing material usage, and ensuring smooth on-site operations in compliance with company standards and safety protocols.
- Attend client complaints promptly, communicate politely, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
2.Maintain service records, files, and all related documentation as per company standards.
3.Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance work, ensuring quality and efficiency in task completion.
4. Report daily activities, service progress, and issues to the reporting officer.
5.Ensure material usage and procurement are done as per the approved budget and requirements.
6.Conduct regular site inspections to ensure all electrical, plumbing, and civil maintenance work is properly executed.
7.Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other departments for repair and maintenance-related tasks.
8.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
9.Monitor inventory of materials, tools, and equipment, and raise requirements as needed.
10.Provide technical support and guidance to the maintenance team to ensure effective performance.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil,Mechanical, Electrical, or related technical field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in maintenance, facility management, or service supervision.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle client interactions professionally and courteously.
- Proficiency in maintenance operations related to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and civil works.
