·Adherence to and maintaining the Kotak standard of service, policies and procedures
·To involve in the on-boarding process of Clients with the administrator
·Primary day-to-day contact with Administrators/Compliance Officers/Relationship Managers/Operations team and clients for fund related activities
·Processing of all investor transactions including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and year-end procedures
·Preparing MIS for internal as well as external clients
·Completion of ad-hoc projects as required by clients or reporting line manager
·Timely reporting of any issues to reporting line manager
·Be proactive on promoting and driving efficiency initiatives
·Be a natural team player
·Abide to internal control procedures
·Understanding and application of AML/CFT regulations to funds in portfolio and to investor/client onboarding
·Ensure a high standard of delivery to clients
Any other duties as may be assigned
