Job Description

Job Title: Service Now Tester

Job Location: Work From Home(Might be required to travel to Bangalore office on need basis)

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Tester with hands-on experience in Automated Test Framework (ATF) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements.
  • Design, implement, and execute Automated Test Framework (ATF) test cases, ensuring a high level of coverage for ServiceNow applications.
  • Conduct unit testing for ServiceNow applications to ensure code quality, stability, and proper functionality.
  • Perform integration testing between ServiceNow and third-party systems to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
  • Debug and troubleshoot issues in test scripts to ensure smooth execution of tests.
  • Create and maintain automated test scripts for ServiceNow features such as Service Catalog, Incident Management, Change Management, and more.
  • Collaborate with development teams to resolve defects and improve overall system quality.
  • Review and validate test results, creating detailed test reports for stakeholders.
  • Work closely with project managers and business analysts to ensure that testing aligns with project timelines and requirements.

Key Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 1+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and Automated Test Framework (ATF).
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform (including scripting, modules, workflows, and integrations).
  • Proficiency in ATF scripting, including creation of automated test cases and test steps.
  • Expertise in unit testing and integration testing, particularly with third-party applications and systems.
  • Experience with debugging and troubleshooting ATF test scripts.
  • Strong understanding of JavaScript, Glide API, and other ServiceNow scripting languages.
  • Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and integration tools for ServiceNow.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
