We are looking for a skilled Service Engineer to maintain and service LINAC machines from Varian (Siemens Healthineers). The candidate will work under limited supervision, ensuring optimal performance and uptime of Varian products through onsite service, remote assistance, and customer training.

Key Responsibilities

• Service and maintain Varian LINAC systems.
• Provide remote support and phone assistance to customers.
• Handle customer escalations and complex technical issues.
• Use remote tools and knowledge systems for efficient support.
• Guide customers on equipment operation and maintenance.
  
  

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Electronics/Electrical/ Biomedical Engineering.
• 2 to 7 years of experience in servicing of medical equipment, preferably LINAC machines or related healthcare devices.
• IT and networking skills.  Self-motivated team player.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.  Ability to work independently.
• Effective communications skills
