Job Description
Brief Job Description:
Helping customers in the region for trouble shooting, shut down plan, retrofits and upgrades of equipment’s, erection & commissioning, spares, maintenance and specialized services preventive maintenance guidelines for boilers, Heaters, HRSG's, WHRB Boilers.
Role & Responsibilities
I.Single point contact with customer.
II.Generate enquiry & carry out execution for all services activity as per ABP.
III.Complaint handling & resolving within the corporate timelines for breakdowns / maintenance.
IV.Visiting customer in reactive / warranty / proactive conditions.
V.Submitting service reports & plan of actions to customer for advance shut down / preventive maintenance planning.
VI.Responsible for chargeable visits, invoicing & payment collection in the region.
VII.Collecting / updating / recording data of competitors installations in the region.
VIII.Collecting/ updating / recording data on boiler performance/ availability / overall satisfaction with performance of equipment.
IX.Carrying trouble shooting of technical issues / failure analysis / operational issues, etc.
X.Co-ordination with HO & customer on existing equipment & its performance.
XI.Generating field data for product improvement.
XII.Generating business leads through apt & prompt service.
XIII.Monthly Report generation & MIS

- Product knowledge on AFBC / CFBC/ Travelling grate / Oil & Gas fired boilers, heaters, waste heat recovery boilers, component function, performance parameters and MOC
- Should be highly motivated self-starter and a team player, considering the strike rate and the “cold" calls that are to be made.
- Analytical skills / Failure analysis skills.
