Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SEO Executive with 5 to 6 years of experience to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing SEO strategies to improve website traffic, enhance search engine rankings, and drive organic growth.

This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of SEO principles, and the ability to stay updated with the latest industry trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • SEO Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase website visibility and organic traffic.
  • Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for content optimization and growth.
  • Content Optimization: Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality, SEO-optimized content, including blog posts and web pages.
  • On-Page and Off-Page Optimization: Implement on-page SEO strategies (meta tags, header tags, image optimization, internal linking) and off-page strategies (link building) to improve website authority.
  • Technical SEO: Conduct technical audits to ensure websites adhere to SEO best practices and resolve technical issues. (URL Structure, Core Web Vitals, Crawl issues)
  • Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market.
  • Performance Monitoring: Use tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console to monitor website performance, track key metrics, and provide actionable insights.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, insights, and strategic recommendations.
  • Staying Updated: Stay current with the latest Google algorithm changes and industry trends to adapt SEO strategies accordingly

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of success.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush), Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and basic HTML/CSS.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Analyst Relations

Required Technical/ Functional Competencies

  • Understands basics of analyst relations, including the role and importance of industry analysts.
  • Learns to track analyst reports and summaries.

Content Creation

  • Develops compelling and relevant content that resonates with target audiences
  • Develops high quality thought leadership including blogs, whitepapers, PoVs etc.
  • Can adapt content to different channels and formats, using techniques such as storytelling, visual design, and multimedia production.

Corporate Branding

  • Implements corporate branding strategies across various channels, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines. Coordinates with design teams to develop branded content.
  • Develops and manages the organization's brand identity across digital, print, and experiential platforms. Measures and analyzes brand performance using key metrics (e.g., brand awareness, brand perception, and brand loyalty.)

Digital Marketing

  • Good understanding of organization's overall business strategy, including its vision, mission, and objectives.
  • Thorough awareness and understanding of B2B ecosystem (services, solutions, platforms, etc.)
  • Develops and executes effective digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (paid, owned, and earned media.)
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using standard metrics(CTR, conversion rates, and ROI).

Field Marketing

  • Plans and executes field marketing campaigns and events with some supervision. Understands sales processes and adeptly manages relationships with sales/support groups.
  • Coordinates with sales teams and vendors to ensure timely execution. Conducts targeted prospecting activities using advanced techniques such as account-based marketing and buyer persona development. Monitors leads and creates nurture plans.

Market Research And Analysis

  • Conducts comprehensive market research, using advanced research methodologies such as conjoint analysis, regression analysis, and cluster analysis.
  • Able to generate actionable insights that inform marketing decisions.

Marketing Automation

  • Develops and manages marketing automation campaigns, optimizing workflows and segmenting audiences for targeted communications. Analyzes campaign performance to make data-driven improvements.

Media Relations

  • Understands the basics of media relations, including press release creation and distribution.
  • Learns to identify key media contacts.

Seo

  • Conducts in-depth keyword research, using advanced research methodologies such as topic modelling, semantic analysis, and natural language processing.
  • Able to identify high-value keywords that drive traffic and conversions.

Service Line Marketing

  • Develops and executes marketing plans for specific service lines. Conducts market/technology research to inform strategies.
  • Coordinates with sales, pre-sales, and internal marketing teams. Monitors lead and create nurture plans. Understands sales processes and adeptly manages relationships with sales/support groups.

Social Media Marketing

  • Develops, strategize and executes social media campaigns, engaging with followers and analyzing engagement metrics.
  • Creates post content, plan the calendar and schedules posts.
