As a Wedding Planner, You Are Responsible For
- Discussing all the aspects of the wedding with the bride and groom and guiding their decision-making process.
- Preparing a strait-laced budget for the wedding in the most efficient manner.
- Suggesting locations, decoration, photographers, caterers, etc. As an ideal candidate, you should be obtaining quotes from vendors and maintaining a good relationship with them.
- Identifying clients' needs & requirements and proposing suitable solutions.
- Maintaining a deep understanding of Betterhalf & the services we provide.
- Staying up to date with innovative trends in the wedding industry.
- Achieving sales targets.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Building & maintaining strong client & business relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, design, or related field.
- 5 years experience in wedding planning, execution, client handling, and sales.
- Strong understanding of various cultures and their wedding customs.
- Proven track record of successful wedding planning or event management projects.
- Customer obsession & excellent customer-service skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good problem-solving abilities in stressful situations.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
