We are seeking a Senior Visualiser to join our creative team. The primary role is to assist art directors in creating visual materials for a variety of media such as digital and offline.

- Collaborating with art directors to develop design concepts, layouts, and artwork for various projects.
- Assisting with the creation and production of digital and print designs such as social media content, emailers, banners, logos, and other marketing collateral.
- Creating and editing images, illustrations, and other visual elements using software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- In case of print work, have the ability to prepare files for printing and ensure print quality.
- Conducting research on industry trends, design techniques, and new technologies to remain up to date.
- Contributing to brainstorming sessions and providing creative input for design projects.
- Managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicating effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Work on 3-5 brands simultaneously.
- A bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
- A strong portfolio of design work that demonstrates proficiency in design software and creativity.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- 3-4 years of relevant experience, preferably in a creative advertising agency/set-up.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and take direction from art directors.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in an agency environment.
- Experience with digital media, including social media, email marketing, and web design.
- Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite software.
