What's This Role About

We're looking for a Senior Video Editor who can turn our homes, spaces, and design philosophy into stories people feel.

You'll craft engaging, cinematic videos for our social media channels - combining renders, motion graphics, voiceovers, and visuals to explain every feature of our homes in a way that sparks curiosity, emotion, and connection.

Your goal? To generate content that drives engagement, reshares, and brand visibility - ultimately inspiring more people to explore and buy into the Sanctuary experience.

Your videos will be the bridge between our designs and the people who dream of living in them.

What You Will Do

• Edit and produce videos that showcase our homes, design process, and community stories.
• Transform 3D renders, drone shots, and architectural walkthroughs into polished, cinematic content.
• Add motion graphics, typography, and animations that make architectural details come alive.
• Develop social-first content optimized for platforms like Company Website, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.
• Experiment with visual styles, transitions, and sound to maximize engagement and reshares.
• Lead projects from concept to final export, maintaining consistency and creative quality.
  
  

What You Will Bring

• 4-8 years of experience in video editing or motion graphics (real estate, architecture, or lifestyle content is a plus).
• Comfortable working across video editing and animation platforms (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve).
• Familiar with architectural and visualization workflows - editing from renders, walkthroughs, or 3D visuals (created in Revit, Enscape, Twinmotion, or similar tools).
• A strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and composition - knowing how to make content feel cinematic and engaging.
• Awareness of social media formats, trends, and what drives engagement on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
• Ability to balance creativity with brand intent - making content that's visually beautiful and drives action.
• Portfolio that shows motion graphics, storytelling, and an eye for aesthetics.
