Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior UI/UX Developer to design and develop intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric web interfaces for enterprise and customer-facing applications. The role requires a strong blend of creative design skills, front-end development expertise, and user experience understanding to deliver seamless digital experiences aligned with product and business goals.

The Senior UI/UX Developer will work closely with Product Owners, Solution Architects, and Development Teams to translate requirements into interactive prototypes and production-ready interfaces, ensuring adherence to usability, accessibility, and performance standards.

Key Roles And Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality, responsive, and interactive web interfaces based on project requirements.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and visual designs that reflect user needs and business goals.
• Translate UX concepts and user flows into pixel-perfect front-end components integrated with APIs and back-end services.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and Developers to ensure design feasibility and consistent implementation.
• Maintain UI design systems, reusable components, and style guides to ensure consistency across applications.
• Conduct usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and design reviews to validate design effectiveness.
• Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams to ensure quality delivery and smooth deployment of UI components.
• Mentor junior UI/UX developers and promote best practices in design and development.
• Document design specifications, workflows, and handoff details for developers and stakeholders.
• Stay updated with UI trends, frameworks, and design methodologies, integrating modern approaches into project workflows.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 6–10 years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.
• Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and responsive design principles.
• Hands-on experience with modern frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision for wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
• Experience building component-based UI architectures using reusable design systems.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, user research, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON data handling, and integration with back-end systems.
• Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility, responsive layouts, and performance optimization techniques.
• Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
  
  

Preferred Skills (Good To Have)

• Certification in UI/UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or Design Thinking.
• Experience with Framer Motion, Tailwind CSS, or Material UI for advanced styling and animations.
• Exposure to AI/ML-based UI personalization or dynamic data visualization.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint-based delivery cycles.
