About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team. This role is pivotal in developing advanced AI applications for industrial customers and building comprehensive SaaS solutions for managing distributed computing and IoT assets.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about creating intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing designs, and who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Location. This role is office-based at our Trivandrum, Kerala office.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

  • Design and develop user interfaces and user experiences for complex, enterprise applications.
  • Work on a variety of screens and experiences involving data tables, charts, maps, workflows and other visual elements.
  • Create UI/UX for cutting edge AI applications powered by computer vision, deep neural networks, and large language models with natural language interfaces.
  • Develop a rich and consistent library of UI and design elements and components.
  • Utilize advanced capabilities of Figma for design development and organization.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, providing support and mentorship to maintain high-quality design and consistent workflow.
  • Partner with product management teams to align design and product vision.
  • Work alongside engineering teams, aiding the front-end team in creating a pixel-perfect React component library that aligns with Figma designs.
  • Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and consistent across various platforms and experiences.
  • Design capabilities for observability, monitoring, alerting, and management of assets such as networks, data centers, and applications.

Required Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in industrial, commercial, financial, cloud, and other enterprise domains.
  • A portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience or deep understanding of front-end development is highly desirable.
  • Meticulous design skills with an emphasis on pixel perfection.
  • Mastery in UI/UX and web graphic design, with focus on usability and accessibility.
  • Ability to handle complex design requirements targeted at enterprise customers.
  • Experience in developing a product design language from scratch.
  • Strong capability in creating visually compelling and functional designs for advanced technologies.
  • Proficient in Figma’s advanced capabilities.
  • Ability to effectively bridge design and development aspects.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of CSS, HTML, and front-end development, particularly React.
