Roles and Responsibilities:

The individual will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end compliance for both Indirect and Direct Taxes for multiple countries. This role will be reported directly to the Tax Operations Delivery Manager.

Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tax Operations Specialist/Sr. Specialist to support the accurate and timely execution of tax-related processes across our organization. This role involves managing tax documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, supporting tax reporting, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to streamline operations.

• Tax Documentation & Compliance
• Maintain and validate tax documentation
• Ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations.
• Monitor changes in tax laws and assess operational impact.
• Tax Reporting & Reconciliation
• Assist in preparation and submission of tax filings.
• Reconcile tax and reporting data across systems.
• Support audits and respond to tax authority inquiries.
• Process Improvement & Automation
• Identify opportunities to improve tax workflows and reduce manual effort.
• Collaborate with technology teams to implement automation solutions.
• Stakeholder Collaboration
• Work closely with Finance, Legal, and Operations teams.
• Liaise with external advisors and regulatory bodies as needed.
• Risk Management
• Monitor and mitigate tax-related risks.
• Maintain internal controls and documentation for tax processes.
  

Qualification for the role:

Mandate - Flexible for shift

• CA/CWA /CA Inter/MBA Finance/M.Com/B.Com
• Minimum working experience in Taxes should be 5-8 years
• Having tax knowledge of overseas countries would be preferred.
• Should have problem solving ability as he/she will be responsible to resolve functional tax issues with respect to domestic as well as overseas countries.Should have good working experience in SAP /CFIN/MS Office
• Able to manage a big size of team members.
• Should have Good Presentation, communication, listening and execution skills.
