How You'll Make An Impact
- Work with product and development teams to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive and effective design solutions.
- Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes to demonstrate design concepts.
- Conduct usability tests and gather feedback to refine and improve designs.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Participate in user research and analysis to validate design assumptions and improve the user experience.
- Maintain design systems and ensure consistency across product interfaces.
- Present design ideas and solutions to stakeholders and work iteratively based on feedback.
- Stay current with UX design best practices and emerging tools.
- Experience: 3+ years (Recommended to have Bachelor’s in Engineering/Master of Computer Applications/Master of Computer Science/ BCA / BSC or related certifications)
- Strong understanding of user experience design principles, wireframing, and prototyping.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for seamless design-development handoff.
- Experience with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Good aptitude in critical thinking and creative problem-solving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Desire to learn new design tools, techniques, and skills.
- Strong listening skills and ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of usability testing and user research techniques is a plus.
