Job Summary:

The HR Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the Human Resources department by

analyzing HR data, generating reports, and providing insights to drive the decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Management, Reporting & Insights

• Collect, compile, and analyze HR data related to workforce trends, employee
  
  
  

performance, turnover, and engagement.

• Prepare detailed HR reports and dashboards to present insights on key metrics,
  
  
  

including headcount, diversity, attrition, and training effectiveness.

• Develop insights on employee retention, productivity, and performance management
  
  
  

outcomes.

• Support HR audits and compliance reporting as required.
  
  
  

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate with HR business partners and department leads to support HR projects
  
  
  

and initiatives.

• Present findings and recommendations to HR leadership and other stakeholders to
  
  
  

support decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,
  
  
  

Statistics, or a related field.

• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or a related role.
• Technical Skills:
  
  
  

○ Proficiency in HRIS systems

○ Strong skills in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
