Job Summary
We are seeking a Microsoft Power Platform Specialist with 5–7 years of experience to design, develop, and implement business solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom business applications using Power Platform components: Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient solutions.
- Optimize existing applications for performance, usability, and maintainability.
- Ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems and multiple data sources such as Dataverse, SQL, etc.
- Stay updated on the latest features and best practices within the Power Platform ecosystem.
- Provide technical guidance on platform capabilities and limitations.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to development standards and best practices.
- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of Power Platform projects including design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as business analysts, developers, and infrastructure teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power Pages implementations.
- Develop and maintain documentation for solution design, configuration, and deployment processes.
- Mentor junior team members and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and data governance standards.
- Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to enhance business processes using Power Platform capabilities.
- Must have experience in developing responsive apps and multilingual apps, or at minimum, be able to demonstrate knowledge in these areas.
- Canvas App Development
- Experience with multiple data sources: Dataverse, SQL, etc.

- Beyond SharePoint-only experience
