Engineering Team Manager- Software (Bluetooth/Wifi/Projections Specialization)

Your Role

• Lead technical projects in Bluetooth/Wifi/Projections for customers
• Deliver Android based products to end customer
• Act as the technical escalation point and collaborate with global teams to resolve complex cross-functional issues.
• Represent Aptiv as the technical counterpart for customers and participate in product strategy and architecture discussions.
• Manage technical risks, design reviews, Software engineering deliverables, and compliance with organizational policies and processes.
• Oversee technical change requests, scope evaluations, and ensure effective tracking of project milestones and issue resolutions.
• Contribute to resource planning, MCIP execution, and mentoring of Technical leads to ensure project excellence.
• Drive lessons learned sessions, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives across projects
  
  

Your Background Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering graduate BE/ B. Tech / ME/ M. Tech (Electronics / Electricals / Computer Science)
• Experience 10-15 Years
• Experience in Software Engineering, Android product design & delivery
• Exposure to Bluetooth/WIFI/Projections applications and integration of the same.
• Profound Experience in direct contact to multiple customers (OEMs)
• Profound Knowledge in Automotive Software Development & Delivery
• Experience managing & leading teams - Multiple Experience in Leading interdisciplinary project teams
• Project and Software Program management skills, Software delivery experience
