You will lead the technical advancement of our products, guaranteeing they remain scalable, maintainable, and durable over time. Working in close partnership with product teams, you will convert high-level specifications into technical architecture decisions and navigate complex obstacles while upholding rigorous quality benchmarks. Your choices will define the product's trajectory and determine how thousands of students engage with learning.

What You Will Be Doing

• Feature Development: Architecting and building new capabilities with emphasis on scalability, maintainability, and sustained product value.
• Requirement Engineering: Partnering with the product team to clarify requirements and guiding technical conversations to ensure features align with product objectives.
• Operations and Maintenance: Overseeing and sustaining product reliability, optimizing performance, and proactively detecting and addressing issues.
• Technical Design: Executing high-stakes technical decisions that directly influence user experiences and product scalability.

• At least 4 years of experience working on actual SaaS products, not outsourcing or internal IT projects.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
