Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and participate in architectural decisions to ensure high reliability, scalability, and availability of applications.
  • Design and develop innovative solutions, including sophisticated algorithms and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with product, quality engineering, and development teams for seamless product delivery.
  • Adhere to and improve best practices in SDLC (code reviews, unit testing, automation, user story analysis).
  • Work within Agile/Scrum methodologies and contribute to continuous integration and deployment processes.
  • Demonstrate versatility in full-stack development, covering both front-end and back-end technologies.
  • Build and optimize large-scale service-oriented and microservices platforms.
  • Ensure performance, maintainability, and security standards in solution design and delivery.
  • Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in production and development environments.

Experience Requirement:

  • 5 - 8 years of hands-on experience in software design and full-stack development.
  • Strong expertise in Java (Core, Advanced, J2EE, Web Services) and JavaScript frameworks.
  • Proven experience with React, ReactJS, React Native, and TypeScript for front-end development.
  • Practical knowledge of RxJava, JavaFX, and related Java frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience building scalable microservices and distributed platforms.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Exposure to databases, caching (Redis), and cloud-based environments is a plus.
  • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Education: Any Graduation.
