Roles & Responsibilities
'Application processing for various Products like Mutual Funds, bonds, PMS, AIF, Insurance etc , MIS Preparation for the Sales Numbers of the Wealth Managers. Business reportings in the Sytem. Ensuring Zero rejections in the application Processing.Preparation of Portfolio reports and also Morningstar reports for customer portfolio reviews. Ensuring Mandatory NISM and IRDA Certifications to all Wealth Managers. Compliance to rules and regulations of bank.
Secondary Responsibilities
'Ensuring and monitoring the work assigned to Associate SRM, Service RM's performed with due Diligence. Monitoring the validity of the wealth managers NISM, IRDA certifications on monthly basis. Checking the transaction registers, transaction Filings, Risk Profiling of clients on Weekly basis. Efficient MIS maintainance and also providing necessary Data to Wealth managers and Team Leaders. Co-ordination with the Central team on various quiries and resolving them.
Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities
'Should Ensure the service/operations Team will deliver Efficient seervices to clients and the necessary sales support to Wealth managers
Key Success Metrics
Efficient MIS Preparation. Zero Rejections / NIL FTNR in the Investment Application Processings, Efficient Client Service
Following all Processes of bank and ensuring that work is done as per Process
