Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 4-6 years of experience in sales, preferably in Industrial Automation
- Strong technical and product knowledge in the automation industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Provide technical solutions and product demonstrations to clients
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure customer satisfaction and project success
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance
- Excellent knowledge in commissioning PLC/ SCADA/ VFD/ HMI/ GEAR BOX, etc..
