Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue, market share, and profitability targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic markets for aluminum and copper wires related products.
- Build, manage, and nurture relationships with OEMs, distributors, EPC contractors, and large industrial buyers.
- Forecast demand, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights for product positioning and pricing strategies.
- Drive product portfolio expansion by working closely with R&D, production, and technical teams.
- Manage key customer accounts to ensure satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
- Lead and mentor the sales & marketing team, ensuring continuous skill development and performance.
- Oversee brand development, digital marketing initiatives, participation in exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional activities.
- Monitor competition, market intelligence, and regulatory changes affecting the aluminum and copper wire industry.
- Collaborate with finance and operations to ensure timely order fulfilment, credit management, and efficient supply chain coordination.
- Relevant Experience of manufacturing sector of 8-12 years
- Strong knowledge of aluminum and copper wire applications in power, automotive, industrial, and infrastructure sectors.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and expanding market share.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into market strategies.
- Familiarity with international sales channels, export documentation, and compliance will be an added advantage.
- Graduate in Engineering/Metallurgy/Electrical/Mechanical preferred.
- MBA in Sales & Marketing or related field will be a strong advantage.
