About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, building strong talent pipelines, and partnering with business leaders to attract top-tier talent. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, excellent communicator, and passionate about providing a world-class candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple functions, from sourcing to onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through networking, referrals, market research, and proactive sourcing.
Manage and mentor junior recruiters and coordinators, providing guidance and best practices.
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Utilize data and analytics to measure recruitment performance and provide insights to leadership.
Stay up to date with industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent market movements.
Promote employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and strengthen company reputation.
Negotiate offers and close candidates effectively in alignment with compensation guidelines.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in both corporate and agency environments.
Proven track record of successfully hiring for senior and niche roles.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including social media, Boolean search, and talent mapping.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle high-volume recruiting while maintaining quality standards.
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
