The Role:

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Senior QA Engineer with automation expertise to join our growing Tech Holding family. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and execution of test strategies to ensure high-quality software delivery across web and mobile platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, contribute to automation initiatives, and help drive continuous improvement in testing and deployment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive test strategies, plans, and test cases based on product specifications.
• Execute various types of testing: functional, performance, unit, cross-browser compatibility, sanity, data consistency, integration, and system testing.
• Perform both manual and automated testing for web and mobile applications.
• Contribute to the automation framework and implementation of new testing systems.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of Web and Mobile Application testing.
• Conduct API testing and automation, ensuring reliable and scalable API performance.
• Apply debugging techniques for software systems and mobile applications.
• Support software deployments and ongoing maintenance activities.
• Continuously improve deployment and software delivery processes.
• Exhibit a strong drive to learn new skills and tackle emerging challenges.
• Lead QA efforts for specific projects while acting as an individual contributor.
• Serve as a central point of communication between QA contributors, developers, and senior management.
  
  
  

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of Manual QA experience across Web, Mobile (iOS/Android), API, and Database testing.
• 2 years Automation experience in Playwright, Cypress or WebdriverIO
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Proven technical competence with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience testing large-scale iOS applications and complex codebases.
• Demonstrated track record of high-quality product delivery.
• Driven, creative, and results-oriented mindset.
  
  
  

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Postman, JMeter, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
  
  
  

Cross-Time-Zone Collaboration:

• Ensure consistent overlap and effective communication with clients. Requires availability during evening hours (approximately 30min to 1hour from home) based on project needs.
