Role Overview

You'll be crucial in ensuring Verto's platform is robust, reliable, and user-friendly. You will collaborate closely with various teams to maintain and enhance software quality, ultimately delivering a seamless user experience.

About The Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior QA Engineer to join our growing team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Create comprehensive test plans and detailed test cases.
• Execute manual testing (functional, exploratory, usability, regression) across web and mobile.
• Identify, document, and track issues to resolution with developers.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to ensure testability.
• Validate APIs and system integrations.
• Support release processes and perform final quality checks.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and tools.
• Maintain and organize test documentation.
  
  

What You Need

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a QA Engineer – Manual or similar role.
• Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Ability to identify, analyze, and document defects effectively.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  
  

Best If You Have

• Worked in an early stage or growing stage start-up
• Majority experience with product-based companies
• Familiarity with test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
• Basic understanding of APIs and database testing.
• Experience with specific industry domains (e.g., Fintech, Logistics, E-commerce) where reliable software is critical.
