Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer (Manual Testing) with 5+ years of experience, preferably with a background in CRM and Salesforce-based applications. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, hands-on testing expertise, and a deep understanding of QA processes in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing for CRM-based web applications, with a focus on Salesforce.
• Participate in requirement analysis and contribute to user experience enhancements.
• Create, review, and execute test artifacts including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
• Conduct thorough functional, integration, regression, and system testing.
• Ensure comprehensive test coverage through well-defined positive and negative test scenarios.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
• Report and track bugs using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Analyze defects and perform root cause analysis.
• Estimate testing efforts and manage multiple testing assignments simultaneously.
• Support continuous integration and delivery practices using tools like Azure DevOps or Jenkins.
  
  

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in manual testing of web-based applications.
• Experience testing CRM applications, especially Salesforce platforms.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database testing.
• Proficiency in test management and bug tracking tools (Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Deep knowledge of QA fundamentals and the bug life cycle.
• Strong logical reasoning, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle client communication and work independently or as part of a team.

• Salesforce Certification or ISTQB Certification.
• Exposure to CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, etc.
