Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the production engineering team to ensure smooth and efficient operations of all technology systems
- Develop and implement production engineering strategies to improve system performance and reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
- Monitor and analyze system performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for system upgrades and enhancements
- Train and mentor junior production engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in production engineering, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
- Strong understanding of production engineering processes and best practices
- Experience with system monitoring and performance analysis tools
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to production engineering
