Senior Product Owner -Productivity Tools -Digital Workplace

At INGKA being a Senior Product Owner is like being the captain of a digital ship - navigating through waves of innovation, steering towards new horizons, and always keeping our Co-workers and customers at the heart of the journey. We are now looking for a Senior Product Owner to join us and set sail towards digital greatness and chart a course for success here in Co-Worker Communication and Collaboration.
Within this area we lead platform development and management for a line of products and service connected to IKEA co-workers needs of communication and collaboration internally and externally. As a senior product owner in you will primarily secure that co-worker needs are fulfilled through products/services like MIRO, ADOBE and AutoCAD but also work closely with the senior product owner for M365 through full accountability for Product, Engineering and Delivery in close collaboration with a service integrator.
We are now looking for a senior product owner who can lead us towards the future utilization of communication and collaboration technology for all our co-workers, based on their needs and functional behaviors from a consumer centric perspective.

WHO YOU ARE

Key Previous experience and proven skills:
• Minimum 8+ years of progressive and diverse experience in digital product development with proven track record of delivering products that provide substantial value
• Proven leadership and collaboration skills
• Experience in working in agile environments in complex global organizations
• Experience in change management and working in rapidly changing environments
• Strong demonstrated technical competence for the assigned area

• Set a tangible product strategy for the assigned products and ensure that the delivery of outcomes meets objectives and customer needs
• Continually benchmark against industry standards in order to meet customer needs and ensure that product teams understand and drive towards meeting them
• Actively research customer needs and apply the resulting insights
• Ensure alignment between cross functional teams and across domains to ensure maximum impact
• Exemplify best practice across the product management discipline to enable high performing teams
• Ensure that different perspectives are heard and balanced to meet business objectives, securing collaboration,
togetherness and strong partnership with key stakeholders in various parts of the organisation
• Communicate the product strategy and vision for several products to gain organizational buy in
• Demonstrate and encourage a data informed approach to deliver successful outcomes for customers
• Define OKR ́s for several products together with the teams and key stakeholders to ensure teams are aligned and
tracking towards the same goals
• Coach and mentor the teams to secure individual and team development and the transfer of competence as well as diversity of thought
• Document learnings, adopting a continuous improvement approach and transferring learnings to the wider organisation
