Responsibilities
As a Senior Product Manager, you will take end-to-end ownership for designing and delivering out-of-the-box (OOTB) vertical solutions for Atlassian’s Service Collections ESM products. These pre-configured, industry-specific packages provide customers with ready-to-use workflows, dashboards, automation, and data models tailored to common service management practices such as IT Asset Management, Configuration Management, and HR Service Management.

Responsibilities
As a Senior Product Manager, you will take end-to-end ownership for designing and delivering out-of-the-box (OOTB) vertical solutions for Atlassian’s Service Collections ESM products. These pre-configured, industry-specific packages provide customers with ready-to-use workflows, dashboards, automation, and data models tailored to common service management practices such as IT Asset Management, Configuration Management, and HR Service Management.
In This Role, You Will
- Define and prioritise OOTB solutions that address key customer pain points, using data and customer insights to inform decisions and measure impact.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and go-to-market teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
- Leverage standardised data structures and templated components to deliver seamless, end-to-end experiences for specific verticals (e.g., ITSM, HRSM).
- Integrate Atlassian platform capabilities—including automation, analytics, and AI agents—into these solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness for enterprise customers.
- Gather, analyse, and act on customer feedback and product usage data to iterate and continuously improve solutions, ensuring they meet evolving customer and business needs.
- Communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders at all levels, fostering alignment and transparency.
- Champion best practices and foster a culture of learning, experimentation, and continuous improvement within the team.
