Role/ Job Title: Senior Product Manager - Credit Cards

Function/ Department: Credit Cards

Job Purpose

The position will be responsible for owning portfolio marketing & measurement, campaigns, content, and product launch GTM for products across the segment along with aspects of portfolio & product management across products. They will also be responsible to drive capability initiatives end to end for the segment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and track items involved in the Credit card P&L.
• The position will be responsible for owning marketing, campaigns, content and product launch GTM for products across the segment.
• Ownership of Campaign metrics, smooth functioning of customer lifecycle including customer service.
• Designing go-to market strategies, enabling the appropriate marketing communication across acquisition, tactical & topical campaigns.
• Work closely with Analytics team for creating the right personas basis lifestyle, behavior, propensity etc for customized and differentiated acquisition messaging for optimal conversion.
• Tracking and optimizing the segment early activation & usage for better profitability.
• Work closely with marketing & campaign team to keep creating novel portfolio & customer engagement campaigns, represent segment & own all customer complaints & escalations.
• Managing portfolio metrics for the Millennial Segment.
• Work with and own marketing and campaign GTM for all new product launches.
• Build strong relations with internal & external stakeholders, partners and customers.
• Align closely with Customer Service to build and maintain a strong customer experience.
• Evaluate & drive promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line and segment’s strategic objective.
  
  

Education Qualification

Graduation: Bachelor’s in Engineering / Technology / Management/ Computers/Science.

Post-graduation: MBA.

Experience: 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
