Senior Product Manager (Technical) You will be responsible for: Product Strategy and Roadmap:

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals and market trends.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to identify product opportunities and prioritize feature development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Establish overall product KPIs derived from business metrics.
  
  

Product Development and Execution:

• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure successful product delivery, on-time releases, and adherence to quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Conduct regular product reviews and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
  
  

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies are aligned.
• Support the sales team with product knowledge, training, and competitive analysis to enable effective customer engagement.
• Work with customer support to gather customer feedback and address product issues or enhancements.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to establish a shared vision.
  
  

Leadership and Mentoring:

• Lead a team of product managers and provide guidance, mentorship, and support their professional growth.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the product management team.
  
  

Team Management:

• Manage a small team of 2 to 4 people, providing guidance and support.
  
  

About you:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Product Manager to join our team. As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in defining and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our organization including pricing, licensing, and ROI. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive feature prioritization, establish product KPIs, and ensure that features are built to specifications. Additionally, you will work closely with key stakeholders to establish a shared vision and analyze metrics that inform the success of the product.

Must have: Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  
  

Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, preferably in a technical role.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products throughout the product lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of software development processes, methodologies, and technologies.
  
  

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Aha, Coda).
• Solid understanding of software development frameworks, languages, and technologies.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and understand complex technical concepts.
  
  

Strategic Thinking:

• Demonstrated ability to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market analysis and customer needs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to make data-driven decisions and prioritize features effectively.
  
  

Communication and Presentation:

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Experience presenting product strategies, roadmaps, and updates to executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Ability to demo the product to internal and external stakeholders in an effective manner.
  
  

Nice to have:

• Previous experience in the PV/Safety/Health care and Life Science industry.
• Experience launching enterprise software and services.
• Implementation experience on any one of the cloud service providers AWS/AZURE/GCP.
