EverBee is revolutionizing ecommerce by empowering sellers with the tools and insights they need to succeed. With products like EverBee Research for advanced product discovery and EverBee Print for seamless print-on-demand services, we are committed to driving success for entrepreneurs globally. Now, we are introducing EverBee Email, a groundbreaking email marketing platform designed to enhance business communication for ecommerce sellers.

Our mission for EverBee Email is ambitious: by 2026, we aim to empower over 5 million businesses worldwide and generate over $500 million in attributable revenue through advanced email marketing strategies. Our vision is to become the backbone of global communication, connecting businesses seamlessly across the USA, Asia, Europe, and beyond. With a focus not only on major platforms like Etsy and Shopify, but also on expanding a network of global partners and integrators, EverBee Email is set to redefine email marketing for ecommerce sellers.

The Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and execution of EverBee Email. As the key leader for this product, you will be responsible for driving product growth, shaping its roadmap, and ensuring successful global adoption. This role requires you to balance strategic decision-making with hands-on execution, working across multiple teams to create a cohesive and impactful product.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Vision & Strategy: Craft and drive the long-term vision and roadmap for EverBee Email, aligning with the company’s mission of empowering global businesses and achieving revenue milestones.
  • Leadership in Communication: Take charge of all product meetings, ensuring clarity, decision-making, and follow-through on next steps.
  • Product Ownership & Accountability: Own all aspects of EverBee Email’s lifecycle—from ideation and planning through to execution, release, and post-launch performance.
  • Community & Partner Engagement: Manage the EverBee Email community, including our Facebook group, becoming the go-to expert for user engagement and feedback.
  • Agile Product Management: Lead sprint planning sessions, ensuring all user stories meet the Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD).
  • Proactive Performance Management: Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, adoption rates, and user feedback, using data to inform product improvements and strategy.
  • Marketing Leadership: Oversee and align the email marketing strategies for all EverBee products, ensuring cohesive messaging and effective communication across channels.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Engage with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, ensuring alignment and a cohesive product development process.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven Product Management Expertise: Strong background in product management, particularly in SaaS, email marketing platforms, or ecommerce products, with a demonstrated ability to lead product strategy, execution, and delivery in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership & Accountability: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, take ownership of product outcomes, and proactively solve challenges.
  • Community Engagement: Experience in managing user communities, including fostering engagement, soliciting feedback, and building relationships with users and partners.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical mindset with a focus on tracking key metrics, identifying trends, and using data to inform product decisions and improvements.
  • Agile Methodology Proficiency: Extensive experience leading sprints, writing detailed user stories, and collaborating with development teams in an Agile environment.
  • Global Focus: Experience working with global markets and a strong understanding of the nuances in international product adoption, especially within ecommerce and marketing platforms.
  • Tool Expertise: Proficiency with industry-standard tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Miro for product management, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and team collaboration.

Culture Fit

  • You are motivated, hungry, and passionate about the work you do and the people you impact.
  • You are obsessed with improvement and are constantly thinking about the future of your product.
  • You’re not interested in typical “work-life balance”—you thrive in environments that integrate life and work, where challenges drive you to learn faster and push your limits.
  • You possess strong leadership and can confidently drive decisions, manage cross-functional teams, and inspire others.
